FIT INDIA MOVEMENT "FITNESS WEEK CELEBRATION

Group of School with a aim to spread awareness about “Active Field Time” is
celebrating FITNESS WEEK from ‘18the November 2019 to 23rd November
2019. This Fitness Week is a balanced mix of physical and mental
exercises. The purpose is

“The
enjoyment comes with from activity of the mind and exercise of the body, the
two are ever united”.

Day 2&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; :- Activity&nbsp; “Meditation”

Day 2 of “Fitness Week” started with Meditation session ,
students were taught the techniques of proper breathing , chanting of “OM” and
importance of prayer. This meditation session aimed at increasing the
concentration level of students which would help them in performing
better.&nbsp;
